Processing time
Orders ship within 3–5 days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping — International
We ship worldwide with EMS (Express Mail Service, Japan Post).
China, South Korea, Taiwan: 2,200 JPY
Rest of Asia: 3,300 JPY
Europe, Oceania, Canada, Middle East: 4,400 JPY
United States, Latin America, Africa and all other countries: 5,500 JPY

Customs duties and import taxes
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery time
Japan: usually 2–4 business days after dispatch. Remote islands and some areas may take longer.
International: usually 5–10 days after dispatch, depending on customs clearance.

Tracking
We email you a tracking number once your order ships. You can follow your parcel on the carrier's website.
